Almost all of the staff is kind, warm, and friendly. They work hard. And the young lady who manages in the evenings is kind and does a lot of serving work herself. I love this team. The indoor area and outdoor area are clean. The food quality is consistent and specifically, I enjoy the coffee and coca cola (so good).

Fast and friendly service at the drive through. Order was accurate and food was tasty. Service was also quick even though it was a bit busy for late in the evening.

Always enjoy, able, except this last time I walked in with a code, because I had bought my daughter a happy meal and I got a medium fry, crispy . And I had to rebuy the meals again and then she also had me buy another sandwich, and normally when you fill out the servay you normally get what you had for free the return trip but I didn't or I wasn't so lucky, and I also didn't get my crispy fries the second time, and I wasn't happy

Newly renovated in the Montgomery/Oswego area, it is kept clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they even take your order to your table if you are dining in. The drive thru is fast enough and they almost never make mistakes. There are seats for any type of comfort you are looking for, also handicap friendly for those using a wheelchair. The restrooms are clean mostly. The only thing missing is a playground for kids, my son would live that.

Ordered 6c which is the snack wrap meal. Consisting of one each of ranch and spicy wrap, fries and a coke. Very tasty. Only gripe I have at this location was when while in drive thru the employee forget to give me my drink. I had to yell at the closed window. All good..cheers

My go to drive thru when I am running home late from work between 6:30pm - 8:00pm during the week day. Overall 5 stars: exceeds my overall expectations for a fast food restaurant. Would definitely recommend. Food 2 stars: I wanted to give 3 as the taste meets my expectations, but it’s expensive. Food costs have gone up but it’s not quality food and for $10 more I am able to purchase Olive Garden for my husband and I and have shareable left overs that taste good reheated unlike McNuggets, Fries and a Quarter pounder. Service: 5 Stars the staff is kind. Not overly friendly and it’s ok by me. They are just busy. Always helpful and easily accommodating. Side note: Andrew in the drive thru is the best! My food is always hot and even though I still check the bag, I can’t remember the last time an item was missing or a special request was wrong. Also note, I don’t use the McDonalds App because it’s not reliable, always has a bug and McDonalds rewards program is horrible. My orders always have a special request so saying they are getting it right while being in the drive thru is exceptional. Atmosphere: 3 stars, the drive thru ordering meets my expectations. Bathrooms are always clean when I do go inside, this is what I use. Not much experience with their dining room to provide a review. Top 3 CONS: 1. Over priced for the quality of food 2. During peak evening hours & breakfast long wait times 3. Parking lot can be congested, blind spots coming out of drive thru, please watch for pedestrians Top 3 PROS: 1. Kind, patient and attention to detail service staff - can tell the staff is treated well by management. 2. Convenient - close to home and easy in and out location, with entrance and exits from Orchard and 34, good hours. 3. Predictable Food - taste and quality, typical to what you would expect your McOrder to taste like.

Double cheese burgers are a lot smaller than before covid and a lot lot more money Why ? This $5 bag is not going to work . Just lower the price and make the portion bigger like before ! Or People will not return the public is aware of marketing so corporate needs to clean house and reassess business. Or start closing down locations. Your call.
